1)We recommended to design with coloured text over 6pt.
2)Minimum 3mm bleed should be added to all trimmed edges.
3)Vital text or images do not placed within 3mm of trim lines.
4)Images must be high resolution > 300dpi and the output converted to CMYK prior to transfer.
Please notify us of any Pantone colours required.
5)Please ask your designer creat outlines for all of the text, we may don't have the fonts you used. Or send us the fonts will be ok.

Operating Instructions

1• When you open the greeting card, it will automatically play the video loop playback. Once it’s closed, it will stop playing video.

2• Charge: First,USB ties is inserted to computer and then insert to the card USB interface, which the battery could be charged. During the charging process, the card is closed. The charging time is 3~4 hours.

3• When using the card, it cannot be blended, patted and dropped.

4• You must switch off the video firstly and then connect with the computer.

5• When loading the videos, the video files could be stored to the VIDEO Folder of the removable Disk. We also could copy the data of the LCD card to the computer or U Disk

6• When you recharge video greeting cards ,please close the product firstly. It is easy to be affected with damp.keep it away from water.

Note: The items are normally shipped via FedEx, TNT, DHL, UPS, etc. 

4. How soon will my order be shipped? 
A: Generally, upon the receipt of payment, the items will be shipped out within 3-5 business days. 
Note: Delivery timeline mainly depends on the carrier services.

5. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
A: Yes. If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products(custom design package), such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 300 units per model. But also the exact quantity is determined by the exact model. Please contact us for details. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, PDF or CDR format.
